Inside Every Emergency is Emerge

A Yoga Theme for Hope, Resilience, Transformation and Trust

Anecdote:

Inside the word Emergency hides the word “Emerge.” I can’t help but think that during this crazy time there is some quality inside us that wants to materialize. When life hits the fan, who are we really? What is waiting inside, like a butterfly, to emerge?

Contemplation

There are times in life when it doesn’t turn out the way we expected. One strength of a warrior, is how well we can adapt to change. Plan B is what the Universe intended. We are not in control, but we can be resilient.
