A Consumer's Guide to Yoga Mats

I’m doing a lot of things I never do lately, and I think it’s because I’m an old dog willing to try new tricks.

Sam Klau of Consumer’s Advocate reached out to me to read his organization’s review of yoga mats. Why did I even open his email? Because he has the same name as my son (Note to possible spammers: If your name is Teddy you will also have a good chance of getting in these gates).

Surprise: This review is really great.

“Curiosity is the cure for boredom, but there is no cure for curiosity,” said Dorothy Parker. May you be curious enough to read this review. I was, and I’m better for it.

If you want to know what I use, and how I decide, it is here: How To Choose a Yoga Mat.
