Plan B, or When Life Surprises YouA Yoga Theme based on Theme Weaver, The Other Eight Limb PathYou: (Put your “why” here) Theme for: Plan B. HOVs: Resilience, Open to ChangeAnecdote:When life surprises you. Plan B is the Universe’s plan. The morning after a very surprising election.ContemplationThere are times in life when it doesn’t turn out the way we expected. One strength of a warrior, is how well we can adapt to change. I like one myth of Garuda, which said he was the favored prodigy of Bharadvāja, the Dying Warrior. It is said that Garuda was a terrible warrior, and a source of sadness to his teacher. Then during the battle, they needed a runner to get supplies. Garuda was chosen. Vishnu made him ½ Eagle to speed him along, and then chose him as his ride. Plan B is what the Universe intended. We are not in charge. Golden NuggetsResilience
